The price for legal services is set upon the agreement with a client. In many cases we are able to offer flat rate for performing a specific service or set of services. If the prices is not expressly set otherwise, we provide our legal services on hourly rate of CZK 2 500 plus VAT.

The fee for verification is 30 CZK plus VAT for each verified signature.
For you to be sure that a contract will be performed duly and in a timely manner, we offer financial resources custody services. In such a case, the attorney plays the role of an independent party which places financial resources in custody according to the contract entered into with the other contracting parties. Such custody may concern, for example, the purchase price of real estate or the price to be disbursed according to a contract for work.
The custody enables planning your transaction without concerns if you are not sure about the contract performance by the other party to the contract. Compared to notarial or bank custody we require fewer formalities during the whole process and have lower costs.
